1)The overall power is 115KW,the vibrator speed is 0-4250rpm,and the exciting force is 30-450KN

4)The control system is frequency conversion,the electrical pasrts adopt the imported brand,and the inverter,PLCcontro,and human-machine interface adop the Delta brand;
5)The core rod adopts a set of cold lubrication system,and the ordinarymechanical oil direct injection cooling mode,cooling effect is good ,low operation cost,to ensuring that the core road long-term working temperature controlled below 60°C,all the internal bearings in the core rod are imported from Japan NSK brand
6)The core adopts a soft connection method,which protects the high-speed rotating core rod,and the mold changing iss convenient and quick
