Here is mainly introduce Spun concrete pole , the spun concrete pole is with two kinds , tapered concrete pole and equal-diameter concrete pole , The tip diameter of the tapered pole is generally 100-230 mm, and the taper is 1:75; the diameter of the equal-diameter pole is 300-550 mm; the wall thickness of both is 30-60 mm .

1.Through shaft: Material is 40Cr, medium frequency conditioning to HB220-280, high tensile strength, yield strength and hardenability, good toughness.
2.Supporting wheel: material is 40Cr forgings, medium frequency conditioning to HRC35-40, strong impact resistance, good wear resistance;The wheel can be integral retaining edge and movable retaining edge.
3.Tightening sleeve: material is 45# forgings, conditioning to HB220-280, yield strength ≥355Mpa
4.Bearings: Wafangdian bearings - comprehensive economic and technical indicators in the bearing industry in China ranked first, the world ranked 12th.
5.Bearing seat: Material is ZG35.
6.Base:Material is ZG35 or H STEEL ( Q235B).
