Advantages of centrifugal concrete pole mould :
1.Cylinder body: The material blanking according to the customer's order model. The Maximum single length is 12m , And the cylinder body has less welding seams ,which reduces the influence of welding deformation and the error of manual docking.
2.Running wheel: The material is adopted 30Mn cold roll forming, with good wear resistance.
3.Welding: It is advisable to adopt the section welding process, the welding method is carbon dioxide shielded welding, the gas is mixed gas, and the welding machine adopts Panasonic welding machine, the welding spot is beautiful, and there is no welding slag.
4.Lathe: Introduce CW61180L-16m ultra-long lathe, ∅1000mm×15.4M and below specifications are open for overall processing, and the concentricity of the steel mold is better.
5.Anti-leakage grout: Our company uses a planer for a groove at the joint between the upper mold and the body, and an elastic sealing rubber strip is inserted into the groove. This rubber strip can be reused or replaced at any time. Put an end to the problem of ground joint leakage.

1.Through shaft: Material is 40Cr, medium frequency conditioning to HB220-280, high tensile strength, yield strength and hardenability, good toughness.
2.Supporting wheel: material is 40Cr forgings, medium frequency conditioning to HRC35-40, strong impact resistance, good wear resistance;The wheel can be integral retaining edge and movable retaining edge.
3.Tightening sleeve: material is 45# forgings, conditioning to HB220-280, yield strength ≥355Mpa
4.Bearings: Wafangdian bearings - comprehensive economic and technical indicators in the bearing industry in China ranked first, the world ranked 12th.
5.Bearing seat: Material is ZG35.
6.Base:Material is ZG35 or H STEEL ( Q235B).
7. Electrical system: Due to the deformation of individual centrifugalmolds(pole/pipe/pile mold) or irregular mold clamping, mold jumping or mold flying may occur during high-speed centrifugation, which is a major safety production hazard. In response to this situation, our company has developed an anti-jumping mode frequency conversion cabinet. The system has two functions: automatic frequency reduction and manual frequency reduction. The automatic frequency reduction can be automatically realized three times, and the corresponding centrifugal time can be increased for each frequency reduction. The basic frequency can be set according to different types of molds, and the current percentage can be monitored. In the phase of raising the speed, the acceleration time is superimposed to ensure that the raising speed is more balanced. At the same time, users can also select the energy feedback unit. The energy feedback unit automatically detects the DC bus voltage of the frequency converter, reverses the DC voltage of the DC link of the frequency converter into the AC voltage with the same frequency and phase as the grid voltage, and is connected to the AC grid after multiple noise filtering links, so as to achieve the purpose of energy feedback to the grid, The electric energy fed back to the power grid reaches more than 95% of the power generation energy, effectively saving electric energy.
