CONCRETE PILE PRODUCTION LINE INTRODUCTION

1.Concrete pile mold
The concrete pile mould is one of important pile production equipment, it is not only a forming mold but also is a device to bear tensioning force. Pile mould is easy to be broken and deformed because the mould needs bearing centrifugal force, vibration force, heat force, fatigue stress during the production, so when designing the mould, the mould need to be with enough strength and rigidity except for precise size, simple structure, convenient for disassembly and assembly.
Our concrete spun pile mould has the following characters:
1. The cylinder of pile moulds is made to order according to different piles, the longest cylinder is 6m with less welding seam and reduce influence of welding distortion and error of manual joining, the material is Q235B or Q345B. 2. The material of mould wheels is hammer or cast steel, wheels are made by automatic Panasonic welding robot, high welding strength and less welding stress. 3. Our moulds adopt intermittent welding technology, welding method is CO2 gas shield welding, we also use Panasonic welding machine and mixture gas to weld moulds, a solid solder joint appearance, there is no brittle fracture caused by manual welding, oxidation, solder false. 4. Our company has introduced 18m heavy duty lathe, the mould below 12m adopts whole lathe machining to improve concentricity of moulds. 5. Our customers can choose different types of steel plates and flanges. 6. The processing equipment of join plate is from the previous planer processing technology to the milling machine processing technology, improved production efficiency, saving labor costs.

2.Concrete Pile Spinning Machine
The working principle of concrete pile spinning machine is transmitting the power of the motor to the driving wheels by the belt transmission, drive the rotation of the steel mould by the friction between the driving wheel and the running wheel of steel mould, so as to achieve the purpose of centrifugal shaping of concrete. Our spinning machine has advantages like firm structure, safe and energy-saving.
3.Concrete Pile Cage Welding Machine
Concrete pile steel cage welding machine is divided to General type and Automatic type. General type is controlled by traditional speed regulator with easy maintenance which is mostly used in old concrete pile plants; automatic type is frequency variable controlling decreasing the depending on the experienced staff which is easy to be operated by learners. Automatic end encryption pitch, adjusting length with digital calibration which guarantees the quality of concrete pile steel cage.

4.High Strength PC Bar Heading Machine
High strength PC bar heading machine is pneumatic and hydraulic linkage, human-computer interface+PLC program control with touch screen showing heating temperature, time directly which easy to adjust them; with dynamic pressuring reducing strength loss of heading keeping better tensile strength. This is a key equipment during concrete pile and concrete pole production, operated with right and left symmetry operation. New model heading machine combined heading oil cylinder and pressure cylinder as one part which reduces pressure loss and easy to get maintenance.

6.Concrete Pile Feeding Machine
A.Concrete pile pump feeding machine is composed of the pile pump, the metering flat trolley and the control part, it is the core part of the automatic pile production line, and the pile automatic pump system can receive the actual weight of the concrete in the steel mould in real time, so as to control the walking speed of the measuring flat trolley.
B.Concrete pile feeding machine, also known as pile distribution machine; In the pile production line, it can basically be divided into two parts, pile feeding machine and pile distribution machine, these two parts works together, jointly responsible for delivering the concrete into the steel mold, this machine is mainly applicable to the pile production line that the production capacity is not high.
7. Automatic Clamp for Steel Mold
The automatic clamp for steel mold adopts compressed air to push the cylinder. The closed self-locking performance of fixture is good, safe and reliable; Multi-purpose machine meets the requirements of automatic clamping and releasing of pile dies and steel cages for various processes in the pile production line.
The design principle for automatic clamp for steel mould:
1. Hanging beam: Need to consider the inhomogeneity of force due to the deformation of the pile mold, even sometimes only 3 force happen when there are four force points, the hanging beam design must reach enough rigidity. At the same time, since the hoisting speed of the crane generally reaches 13m/min, the dynamic load factor is relatively large.
2. Cassette clamp: First of all, the stress point of the caliper must be decorated on the outer edge of the calipers bearing, such design makes the calipers with locking function, the greater the clamp gravity, the greater the calipers closing force, the calipers will not appear open and loose phenomenon, maintain the calipers closed without any kinetic energy consumption. Secondly, due to the characteristics of pile production, the fixture work is very frequent, and the wear of calipers must be considered in the design of calipers. Not only should the material of calipers be not too hard, but also the calipers can be used safely after certain wear.
3. Holding clamp: The force points must be set in the outer edge of the bearing, such design makes holding forceps with locking function. When the clamp is designed, the universality of the clamp should be considered, which not only meets the requirements of the holding bottom mold, but also can hold the steel cage.
4. Cylinder: The force of the opening and closing and stroke must meet the requirements of automatic clamp action.
